I hope,I can leave zero stars, this is absolutely the worst dermatologist group I have ever dealt with. The office staff has a horrible attitude. They had to cancel an appointment due to the clinic not having power, which is understandable, but person on the phone acted liked they were the only ones dealing with no electricity and upset that I questioned. I know not all the clinics were closed, they could have gone to a different of to make a phone call. Told me that my telemedicine call would be in two weeks. The scheduling staff argued with me about time frame to stay on my medication. If I would have not said something I would have been without for a week. They would not fill my prescription until I paid the copay so they can ask me if I am doing okay on the medication. I would not recommend this group to my worst enemy. I should have know from my first visit, but I tried. Never ever go there.

I love Dr. Vida Chitsazzadeh. I have been only twice to this office and all the staff have been so kind. I highly recommend if you need a dermatologist, Dr. Vida is person to go to. I look forward going to my visit.

Best experience by far for a medical appt. Scheduling was quick and easy. The shortest wait time. Alex and all the women there are super sweet! 10/10 would recommend to all family and friends!

The only problem that I had was finding the building. Drove around for 1/2 hr and there is no way to contact anyone in the Webster office to get any info from!
